CL 7 is a compact commercial block designed as a contemporary landmark for Turuvekere. A clean rectilinear mass is animated by a layered façade of vertical fins, perforated screens and a projecting glass box that announces the building from a distance. 
 
Warm linear lighting, textured metal, and wood-clad volumes create depth and visibility after dark, while the dark side core anchors the composition. Landscaped edges, a setback forecourt and a light steel entry canopy ensure clear access and a welcoming arrival for visitors and businesses alike.
